Another record for Wall Street
FXStreet (Córdoba) - US shares started the week with a positive tone and marginals gains. The Dow Jones rose 19 points to finish at 16,943 while the S&P 500 gained 0.08% and ended at 1,951. Both indexes reached new record highs. The best performer was the Nasdaq that climbed 0.34% to 4,336.
US bonds moved slightly. The 10 year bond fell pushing the yield to 2.61%. The Spain 10 year bond yield finished below the US bond, at record low levels.
Crude oil surged and rose 1.70% to finish cleary above $104.00 a barrel while gold remained unchanged hovering around $1,253 an ounce.
