Analysts at Nomura offered their projection for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 132 pips higher than the previous fix (6.7990 from 6.7858) and 50 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.7940. The basket implied change is 58 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.7998 from 6.7940)."
