US private sector adds 156,000 jobs in April - ADP
US private sector created 156,000 jobs in April, Automated Data Processing reported Wednesday.
The reading came below expectations of 196,000 new jobs and below March reading of 194,000 (downwardly revised from 200,000).
The ADP report is published two days before the Government nonfarm payrolls. This soft reading might lead investors to revise down their expectations of April job creation.
