Key events for day ahead - Raboabank
FXStreet (Guatemala) - Analysts at Rabobank noted the remaining events for the day ahead.
Key Quotes:
"We get services PMIs from HSBC/Markit in Europe, the UK, and the US, where little change MoM is expected where a consensus figure is available."
"In Europe the ECB meet, with attention on the Draghi press conference more than the actual meeting outcome itself."
"And in the US we then have ADP employment (consensus: 200K), trade data, the ISM services PMI, and the Fed’s Beige Book, where we will no doubt see reports of Q2 weakness. That’s followed by speeches from Evans and Bullard, which will no doubt give more colour to that Beige outlook."
It seems that we might get as much of a whipsaw session today as yesterday. Fortunately, however, we don’t have any more Sepp Blatter resignations to contend with (and let’s hope beyond the “Financial Fair Play” farce there are no skeletons in the closet of Michel Platini).
